After returning home or securing a safe place of refuge, report your safety as detailed below.
Reporting via email
To: dormitory@ad.hit-u.ac.jp
Subject: Safety report for resident of international student residence hall
Items to include: Your name, the university you belong to, room number, address if you have evacuated to somewhere other than the residence hall, whether or not you are injured, any other matters (problems, etc.)
If you cannot use email, you can also report your safety by postcard.
If you are contacted (email/ letter) by the Plaza Office to confirm your safety, please reply as quickly as possible.
