Contact information for the safety confirmation system
安否确认システムの登録等に际して、マニュアル等で解决できない场合の质问は、メールにてご连络ください。
なお、质问の际は、
- 所属（学生の场合、学籍番号）、氏名
- ご利用中の机器情报（笔颁、スマホ等の翱厂やアプリのバージョン等）
- 疑问点等をできるだけ详细に
お知らせください。回答には関係各所への确认を含め数日を要する场合があります。
If you have any issues related to registration of the Safety confirmation system that cannot be resolved using the information including manuals, please contact us via email.
When contacting, please provide the following information:
- Your name and division (for students, student number)
- Details about the device in use (Operating system of PC or smartphone, app version, etc.)
- Inquiry (as detailed as possible)
Our response may take a few days including confirmation to relevant parties.
